Today&#8217;s Project Management Made Simple tool is ByApp.  It&#8217;s one of the simplest to-do management tools I&#8217;ve found.
It&#8217;s a simple portal to create, assign and track completion of to-do items.  You can create lists (people or projects) and enter to do lists for one or multiple users.
Getting started is easy and quick!
