Welcome back to Making Project Management Simple Month. During this month, I’ll be previewing tools that will be, for the most part, free, some with a upgrade options.

The first tool I’m profiling is Zoho Projects. It’s a cool tool that allows some limited functionality in it’s free version but interfaces with Google, so you don’t have to create a separate account or remember multiple log-ins.

With Zoho you can:

• Set deadlines
• Assign tasks and milestones. 
• Import Microsoft Project files.
• Set up individual team profiles that let team members post a status to let team member to see progress quickly.
• Upload documents
• Arrange team chats
• Send invoices
• Track time.

It’s a really great tool and available by web, so there’s no software to download.  Check out Zoho Projects and start managing your projects online!
